• Size Exchanges: If you need to change the size of an item, you can do so at no extra charge by selecting the free shipping option.
• Refunds: If you wish to return an item for a refund, you will need to cover the return shipping cost. This change has been made to prevent misuse of our return policy, where customers place large orders to try items and then return them.

Orders Over £250:

• Free Express Shipping: Orders exceeding £250 qualify for free express shipping. However, please note that if you place an order over this amount solely to benefit from free shipping and then return some items, you will be charged for both the original shipping and the return shipping costs.

Express Shipping Returns:

• Within Sweden: If you choose express shipping, we will only refund the cost of the items, not the shipping charges.
• Outside Sweden: Return shipping costs are not covered, and this policy applies to all international orders.

Return Conditions:

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it.
• Items must be unused, with all original tags attached.
• Return items in their original packaging, including the zip bag. Please do not send items back in just the zip bag to avoid damage. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

2. We’ll provide a QR code that you can present at a local pickup point. They will handle printing the return documents for you.

Didn’t Receive Your Package?

• If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, email us directly. If you contact us after 21 days or if the package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we won’t be able to process a refund. Please note, once the package is marked as delivered by the shipping company, responsibility shifts to the carrier.
